How We Work
Five steps and one shared checklist. You always know where your file stands.
Step 1. Intro call. A short call about your business, your books today, and what you need from me.
Step 2. Your checklist. I send one list of documents in plain words. Each item shows requested, uploaded, or reviewed.
Step 3. QuickBooks setup or review. I set up QuickBooks Online for you, or clean up the file you have. Then I close your books every month.
Step 4. Preparation and review. I prepare your work. We review it together before anything is filed.
Step 5. Delivery and next season. You get your finished work and a short summary. Your checklist for next year starts the same week.
What your checklist looks like
Every client sees the same simple list.
Requested means I still need it. Uploaded means it reached me. Reviewed means I checked it and it is done.
Try the checklist with a sample fileSample only. Non-binding. Not a real engagement letter.
